The role
Actual Pessac Tertiaire Aéronautique is recruiting a Warehouse Manager (M/F) for one of its clients, specializing in the manufacturing of electrical stations and terminals.
Your missions
- Manage and organize the team's schedule.
- Ensure inventory management.
- Supervise a team of 10 people.
- Control incoming goods and ensure their proper receipt.
- Verify the work performed and guarantee the quality of the warehouse.
- Ensure the tidiness and proper organization of the warehouse.
Your profile
You must possess CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications. You are organized, rigorous, and have a sense of responsibility.
You enjoy teamwork and know how to lead a team.
Hours
Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Logistics and Operations Manager (M/F), we are looking for a professional with solid experience in logistics and operations management.
The ideal candidate ideally holds a high school diploma in logistics, complemented by significant experience of at least 5 years in operational management roles.
You have perfect mastery of stock management tools (WMS) and possess proven expertise in flow and cost optimization.
Your keen sense of organization, your ability to unite teams, and your aptitude for making reactive decisions in a dynamic environment will be decisive assets to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
