Job offer : Mechanical Workshop Manager (M/F)

The Actual Bressuire agency is recruiting a Mechanical Workshop Manager (M/F) to join a team in Parthenay (79200, FR).

At the heart of the agency's activity, you are the guarantor of the availability, reliability, and safety of our equipment fleet. As a true technical reference, you will manage the organization of the workshop while maintaining a strong field dimension.

Your missions:

• Organize and plan work and priorities according to workshop emergencies
• Distribute interventions and support mechanics in their missions
• Intervene directly on our clients' sites to ensure repairs
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on construction machinery
• Ensure administrative follow-up of interventions: drafting repair orders, updating computer data, and preparing billing elements
• Manage spare parts orders and ensure the proper maintenance of stock
• Guarantee the cleanliness, organization, and good condition of the workshop and equipment fleet
• Actively contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients through the quality, responsiveness, and professionalism of your interventions.

The position involves approximately 40% administrative management and 60% technical and operational missions.

Working conditions:

• Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
• A varied equipment fleet and diversified missions
• Daytime hours: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:45 PM

Family health insurance 50% covered

Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €34,000, depending on profile and experience.

Your remuneration consists of a fixed salary, overtime, as well as profit-sharing, incentive schemes, and a monthly bonus on turnover depending on the company's results.

Your skills:

• Solid knowledge of construction, agricultural, and heavy goods vehicle mechanics
• Mastery of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of construction machinery
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and rigor
• Organizational skills and mastery of computer tools
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Compliance with safety rules

The workshop manager is under the authority of the agency manager.
