For the opening of a new agency in Lyon, we are looking for an Agency Manager (M/F).
As an Agency Manager (M/F), you will be the true pilot of your profit center. Your main responsibilities include:
Business development: Identify and prospect new clients, retain and develop the existing portfolio.
Agency management and steering: Ensure the profitability and growth of the agency by defining and implementing the commercial strategy.
Team management: Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of your team of consultants and recruitment officers.
Client relations and recruitment: Be the privileged contact for partner companies and ensure the quality of recruitment and follow-up of temporary workers.
Administrative and financial management: Monitor performance indicators, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
On-call duty to be expected on weekends.

- You master IT tools and agency management KPIs.
- Knowledge of the transport and public works sector would be a real plus.
