Job offer : Wiring Workshop Manager (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in industry and energy professions is recruiting for its client, a major player in the industrial and defense sectors, a Wiring Workshop Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Cesson-Sévigné (35).

Start date: As soon as possible

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

• Manage the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of the workshop;
• Organize the production of electrical cabinets, enclosures, and TGBT;
• Define the workload plan and resource requirements;
• Manage a team of cable assemblers and testers;
• Monitor production indicators and lead the continuous improvement process;
• Guarantee the quality, deadlines, budgets, and safety of the workshop.

With a higher education degree in the industrial field, ideally in electrotechnics, you have successful experience in project management, business management, or managing a production workshop.

Expected skills: electrotechnics, production management, team management, budget monitoring, continuous improvement. Proficiency in Lean Management and 5S tools is an asset.

Recognized for your organization, leadership, and ability to unite teams, you demonstrate rigor, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proposed remuneration: 35-40K€.

Work organization: Daytime position from Monday to Friday.
