HVAC small works site manager (M/F)

The role

Under the direct responsibility of the Activity Manager, you will take charge of the overall management of our HVAC "Small Works" sites (heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning), mainly in the tertiary sector.

As the direct contact person for clients, you are the guarantor of the perfect execution of the work, from launch to delivery.

Your Daily Life & Responsibilities

As a true boss of your HVAC sites, mainly in the tertiary sector, you will prepare, organize, and optimize human and material resources using our digital tools, in strict compliance with budgets, deadlines, and safety/CSR rules.

Your main missions are structured around 4 axes

Preparation & Planning: Management of execution phases and resource organization.

Purchasing & Logistics: Establishment of material lists, negotiation, and validation of orders with suppliers.

Site Monitoring: Active participation in site meetings and rigorous control of the execution compliance of our production teams.

Management & Profitability: Leading teams (internal and subcontractors), skills management, and financial monitoring of operations with a constant concern for profitability.

Job Conditions

Location: Bayonne Basin with travel in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes (64, 40).Contract: Full-time CDI Availability: Start as soon as possible

Remuneration : Attractive package (Fixed + benefits) negotiable according to your profile and experience, + digital tools + vehicle and benefits linked to the group.

The profile we're looking for

Training & Experience: Coming from a technical background (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS in the field of climate/thermal engineering), your knowledge in hydraulics and aeraulics is recognized, you justify a successful experience of at least 5 years in similar functions.

Your Qualities: Autonomous, rigorous, and particularly well-organized. Your versatility, your presence in front of clients, and your adaptability will make the difference. You are recognized for your natural leadership and your sense of results.
