Job offer : Quality and Safety Correspondent (M/F)

CmonCDI, a subsidiary of the ACTUAL group, is looking for a Quality and Safety Correspondent for its client VIAPOSTE, for a direct permanent contract (CDI) position.

Main mission: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Quality and Safety procedures on site, guaranteeing compliance with Viaposte standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Working hours: Daytime hours based on 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, but shifts in the morning, afternoon, or night are possible depending on training priorities or accident-related imperatives. Salary: €2016.80 gross monthly.

1. Quality: Preventive and corrective quality control (Non-standard site). Monitoring of internal and external audits. Deployment and updating of quality standards. Participation in continuous process improvement. Quality reporting (indicators, action plans). 2. Safety: Analysis of workplace accidents and near-misses (AT/CPAT). Updating the Single Document (DUER). Monitoring of safety action plans. Organization and facilitation of safety talks. Regulatory posting and team awareness. 3. Reception and integration: Redesign of the new arrival reception process (Booklet/Safety memo). Conducting safety inductions for new arrivals. Verification of temporary employment contracts and files (ETT). Preparation of safety speeches prior to assignments (ETT). Monitoring of certifications and driving authorizations. 4. Processes and standards: Updating and monitoring of workstation standards. Posting of instructions and procedures. Visual inspection of areas (5S, cleanliness, compliance). 5. Reporting and communication: Monitoring of OHS/QSE indicators (accident rate, audits, compliance). Transmission of reports to the RTS. Improvement proposals and monitoring of corrective actions.

Profile of the candidate sought: we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of professional experience. Rigorous, organized, and concerned about the quality of work. Dynamic, motivated, and having a good team spirit. Respectful of safety instructions and internal procedures.
