The role

We are looking for a CNC machine programmer (M/F) for the long term, you will be based in Luçon.

Your missions will be

Analyze client plans and specifications
Prepare, from the 3D plan files provided by the client, the 2D flat-pattern part plans, taking into account the requirements for bending, rolling, and welding,
Perform nesting of parts to be cut from sheet metal
Create 2D bending sequences
Create laser cutting programs using CAM software
Create manufacturing aid templates
Manage material stock (sheet metal) in collaboration with CNC operators
Participate in physical inventories (counting sheet metal in stock and updating quantities in stock files)

Job conditions

39h/week
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 12:15 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:15 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Gross hourly rate from €13.80 to €15 depending on experience

The profile we're looking for

Your profile

You have a Bac to Bac +2 level with at least some experience in a similar position
Knowledge and skills: Mastery of plan reading and industrial drawing, mastery of laser cutting and sheet metal bending techniques, knowledge of different materials and grades (steel, aluminum, and stainless steel), mastery of CAD/CAM computer tools, 2D/3D drawing software, use of CAD/CAM software: RADAN
Required qualities: Demonstrate autonomy and initiative, be conscientious and rigorous
