HSE Prevention Officer (M/F)

The role

Our team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, a specialist in HVAC, an HSE Prevention Officer (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in the Pays de la Loire region.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your missions

Daily prevention & safety: audits, monitoring action plans, field support, PPE management, welcoming new employees.
Animation & awareness: safety coffee breaks, team meetings, HSE/CSR communication, corrective actions after incidents.
Environment & CSR: waste management, contribution to the carbon footprint, monitoring QWL and social commitments, participation in calls for tenders (HSE/CSR section).
Standards & certifications: support for MASE, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and monitoring client requirements.

The profile we're looking for

Training or proven experience in safety, health, and environment.

Expected skills: Ability to work autonomously and sense of responsibility. Interpersonal skills, rigor, and organization.

Proposed remuneration: 30-40k€ depending on profile
Location: itinerant in the Pays de la Loire region
Contract type: CDI
