As part of the reopening of our fish counter, your tasks will be varied and stimulating

Your tasks

You will be in charge of preparing, cutting, and filleting fish while ensuring an attractive and neat presentation of your display. You will play a key role in customer relations by advising and serving a demanding clientele. You will ensure the impeccable freshness of the products and strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards on a daily basis.

Profile sought

You have successful experience in fishmongery and perfectly master the techniques of preparation and sale of seafood products. Dynamic and rigorous, you have a real sense of customer service. Your team spirit will be a major asset in contributing to the success of this project.

Job conditions

The position is based on a weekly duration of 35 hours with a salary of €13.30 gross per hour. Join us to put your expertise at the service of quality!

To excel as a Fishmonger (m/f), you ideally have initial professional experience of 1 to 2 years in the seafood or retail sector.

You hold a Level V qualification (BEP/CAP or equivalent), which guarantees your technical knowledge in the field.

Your expertise allows you to precisely master the cutting, filleting, and showcasing of seafood products on the counter. You are committed to advising our customers with professionalism while ensuring impeccable hygiene and strict compliance with the cold chain.
