The role

Within a team, you will take overall responsibility for the pastry department with complete autonomy. You will ensure the daily production of our desserts while contributing to the life of the service.

Your main activities

Daily production: Preparation of approximately 250 desserts per day while mastering our essential staples (gourmet tarts, fresh verrines).

Stock management: Monitoring your raw materials and proactively reporting your needs to the manager to anticipate restocking.

Quality & Hygiene: Rigorous compliance with collective catering hygiene rules and monitoring of traceability.

Versatility & Team spirit: After the production phase, occasional participation in cafeteria service and handling of cash registers.

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate professional capable of managing their station from A to Z upon arrival.

Experience: Significant and successful experience in pastry is essential to ensure immediate autonomy regarding production volume.

Know-how: Mastery of pastry basics, speed of execution, organizational skills, and care taken in presentations.

Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, punctuality, interpersonal skills, and good team spirit.

Temporary mission to start with real prospects for evolution towards a permanent contract (CDI).
