Location: Servas and surroundings (01)
Contract type: Temporary mission
Hours: 35h / week From Monday to Friday (5:15 AM - 1:00 PM)
Remuneration: According to profile / company scale
Your main missions

Under the responsibility of the team leader, your days are organized around the following tasks

Preparation of raw materials: weigh and prepare meats, fats, ingredients, and spices.

Feeding the machine: load the cutter while scrupulously respecting recipe sheets and incorporation orders.

Operation and adjustment of the cutter: chop, mix, and emulsify preparations according to technical instructions.

Production control: continuously monitor the texture, temperature, and visual conformity of the mixtures.

Compliance with processes: rigorously apply cuttering times, dosages, and food safety standards.

Are you recognized for your rigor, your attention to detail, and your respect for standards? This position is for you!

Experience: Previous experience in the agri-food industry is an asset, but profiles from cooking or butchery / charcuterie are highly appreciated for their mastery of material handling and recipe following.

Know-how: Ability to scrupulously follow dosages and precise operating procedures.

Soft skills: Rigor in hygiene/food safety, autonomy, punctuality, and dynamism.
