The role

We are looking for boilermakers and welders (M/F) in the Pays de Retz area to meet the needs of our industrial partner companies.

Your tasks in boilermaking

Read and interpret technical drawings.
Trace, cut, bend, and shape metal parts.
Assemble metal elements in the workshop or on site.
Carry out assembly and adjustment operations.
Check the conformity of manufactured parts.

Your tasks in welding

Prepare parts and assemblies before welding.
Perform welds according to the processes used (MIG/MAG, TIG, arc).
Assemble steel, stainless steel, or other metal parts according to projects.
Check the quality of welds and perform necessary finishing.
Respect safety instructions and quality requirements.

Tasks may vary depending on your profile, experience, and company needs.

The profile we're looking for

Are you a boilermaker, welder, or boilermaker-welder and want to work in the Pays de Retz area?

Ideally, you have training or initial experience in boilermaking, welding, or metalworking.

We also consider applications from beginners who are motivated and eager to learn the trade.

Required skills

Knowing how to read a technical drawing is a plus.
Knowledge of welding and/or metal fabrication techniques.
Demonstrate precision, rigor, and autonomy.
Enjoy teamwork and respect safety instructions.
