Job offer : CNC Operator (M/F)

Actual Pamiers is looking for its client, a leading player in the aeronautical sector for custom cutting, supplying aluminum plates, sheets, bars, and extruded profiles to the aerospace industry.

Main missions

Preparation: study technical drawings, choose operating methods, and select tools.

Programming and setting: load the computer program, install tools, and perform tests or simulations.

Operation and monitoring: start series or unit machining and monitor the smooth running of production.

Quality control: measure finished parts with metrology instruments, identify deviations, and correct parameters or the program.

Maintenance: ensure first-level maintenance of the workstation and machine cleaning.

PREREQUISITES

• Knowledge of machining processes, metallic materials, and mechanical properties.
• Mastery of reading drawings, machining sequences, and technical documents.
• Ease with measuring instruments (micrometer, comparator, caliper).
• -3 to 4 years of minimum experience for this position--

CONDITIONS:- 35h daytime position - Hourly rate €12.31 + team bonus + meal allowance

CAP / BEP level: CAP production installation operator, BEP computerized mechanical production trades. Bac level: Bac pro (piloting, production engineering, machining, technician in mechanical product realization). Bac+2 / Bac+3 level: BTS (product realization process design), BUT (mechanical and production engineering), or professional licenses. Professional certifications in one year also allow for targeted retraining.
