Reporting to the Surface Treatment Team Leader, your role is essential to ensure the quality of our metal parts. Your main missions include:

Hanging and preparation: You carefully position the parts on the appropriate mounts and baskets to ensure optimal immersion.

Bath operation: You manage the treatment cycles by scrupulously respecting the tracking sheets (times, temperatures, intensities, and rinsing).

Control and traceability: You perform visual inspection of the parts, measure the required thicknesses, and rigorously record production data.

Safety and environment: You ensure strict compliance with HSE instructions, the use of PPE, and the cleanliness of your work environment.

Practical information: The contract starts on December 1st, 2026. This is a full-time position paid at 16 € per hour.

To fill the position of Bath Operator (M/F), we are looking for a motivated collaborator with professional experience between 1 to 2 years in the industrial sector.

Your rigor and sense of organization will allow you to prepare the surface treatment baths with precision, while scrupulously respecting the safety instructions and quality protocols in force within the workshop.

Meticulousness, rigor, strict adherence to safety processes, and team spirit. Experience in an aeronautical environment is an asset.
