Main missions

Vehicle maintenance and servicing

• Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance operations.
• Carry out servicing, oil changes, and replacements of filters, brakes, tires, timing belts, and other mechanical components.
• Check the general condition of vehicles and identify any anomalies.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance operations.

Troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions.
• Perform in-depth diagnostics using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Interpret fault codes and analyze ECU parameters.
• Perform necessary checks, tests, and measurements to determine the precise origin of breakdowns.
• Establish a reliable diagnosis and propose appropriate repair solutions.
• Intervene on complex breakdowns requiring genuine technical reflection, beyond simply reading fault codes.

Repair and compliance

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs within your skill level.
• Replace, repair, or restore defective components.
• Perform post-intervention checks and validate the vehicle's proper operation.
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of the repairs performed.

Quality and workshop organization

• Comply with manufacturer procedures and technical recommendations.
• Use equipment and tools in accordance with safety rules.
• Document the operations performed and ensure the traceability of interventions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper organization of your workstation.

Technical skills sought

• Mastery of automotive mechanics and maintenance operations.
• Solid knowledge of engine mechanics, transmission, braking, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Mastery of troubleshooting and multi-brand or manufacturer diagnostics.
• Ability to use a diagnostic tool and utilize technical data.
• Good understanding of onboard electronic systems and ECUs.
• Ability to analyze a breakdown, identify its cause, and determine the appropriate repair method.
• Knowledge of manufacturer procedures and technical documentation.

Profile sought

We are looking for an experienced automotive mechanic with solid workshop experience and genuine technical autonomy.

You hold a qualification in vehicle maintenance, automotive mechanics, or equivalent, and have mastered diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair operations.

Rigorous, methodical, and possessing a good analytical mind, you are capable of taking initiative and dealing with varied technical issues. You enjoy teamwork and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Experience in a manufacturer brand workshop, ideally Citroën or Stellantis, would be a real asset.

Your level of autonomy

We expect a professional capable of taking charge of a vehicle in its entirety, from identifying the malfunction to the complete resolution of the breakdown.
