Job offer : Operational Recruitment Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Recruitment Department, you will take responsibility for the operational management of recruitment for the entire network of points of sale in France.

Your main objective is to lead the recruitment activity and structure the talent attraction strategy in the field.

Your missions revolve around 3 major axes:

Team Management & Animation: Supervise and lead a team of field recruiters on a daily basis, distributed by geographical areas. Evaluate, coach, and develop the skills of your employees. Instill a performance dynamic and unite around the network's objectives.

Steering & Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment activity within your scope. Ensure the efficiency and quality of the recruitment actions undertaken. Propose and deploy innovative attraction levers (sourcing campaigns, digital tools, field actions).

Operational & Continuous Improvement: Intervene as operational back-up for your team during peak activity periods. Actively participate in cross-functional projects for the optimization of recruitment methods and tools.

Experience: You have at least 4 years of successful experience in team management in the recruitment field. Sensitivity to the Retail sector, distribution, or field profiles could be an asset. Knowledge of other environments is equally appreciated.

Managerial skills: A field and proximity leader, you know how to lead, train, and remobilize your employees with pedagogy and assertiveness.

Soft skills: You distinguish yourself by your direct, clear, factual, and results-oriented communication. You demonstrate responsiveness and adaptability to field imperatives, while maintaining a very pragmatic spirit.

Mobility: Driving license B required. Regular national travel is to be expected (with overnight stays).
