Job offer : Delicatessen and Cheese Department Manager (M/F)

ACTUAL EXPERTS is looking for one of its clients for a Deli / Cheese Department Manager (M/F) in the Villers-lès-Nancy area.

As a deli - cheese department manager (M/F), you are a true pillar of the department, responsible for developing commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and managing your team of up to 8 employees.

Your main missions are as follows

• Commerce:

• Together with your team, ensure customer care and satisfaction.
• Guarantee the commercial appearance and proper maintenance of your department: clean, well-stocked, and labeled, regardless of the season.
• Decide on commercial events and promotions in collaboration with the supermarket manager.
• Ensure compliance with commercial legislation and food hygiene and safety regulations.

• Management:

• Participate in the development and steering of the department's economic objectives (turnover, margin, shrinkage, personnel costs).
• Implement any action aimed at achieving and developing the department's economic objectives (turnover, margin, shrinkage, personnel costs).
• Guarantee the smooth running of inventories and the resulting results.
• Apply and enforce goods flow management procedures: product receipt, direct deliveries, shelf stocking, inventory management, etc.
• Guarantee the reliability of your stocks and the stock level adapted to the department's activity.

• Management and organization:

• Determine the organization and planning of your team's work according to activity and ensure its control.
• Ensure the communication of upward and downward information.
• Detect evolutionary potential and training needs, train and develop the professionalism of your employees, and conduct development interviews.
• Guarantee compliance with labor legislation, company agreements, and internal regulations.
• Ensure the safety of property and people.

Start date as soon as possible. Training in the group's tools and methods may be provided in other stores in the Nancy area.

Our client offers a structured, dynamic, and performance-oriented work environment within a human-sized store.

Proposed conditions

• Status: executive
• Remuneration: €2,950 gross monthly over 13 months
• Bonus based on objectives that can reach the equivalent of 1.3 months' salary
• Support for taking up the position and training in the group's tools

You have proven experience in the delicatessen department, ideally complemented by knowledge of the cheese department, and successful experience in team management.
