Job offer : Purchasing Assistant (M/F)

ACTUAL Saint Priest is recruiting for one of its clients a Purchasing Assistant (M/F) for a mission to be filled as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Purchasing department and working in close collaboration with the existing team, you will be involved in the operational and administrative management of non-production supplies:

Supplies & orders:

• Complete management of workwear and personal protective equipment
• Supply and monitoring of the company's general supplies stocks
• Launching consultations with partner suppliers
• Creation and placement of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and non-stock orders

Supplier monitoring & logistics:

• Rigorous monitoring of deliveries, management of reminders and deadlines
• Invoice processing and joint management of supplier/delivery disputes
• Daily interface between internal teams (internal clients) and suppliers

Administrative support:

• Updating catalogs, databases, tracking files, and comparative tables
• Occasional support on various administrative files and department projects

Terms and remuneration

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: 35h / week spread over 5 days (variable hours)
• Salary: €13 to €14 gross/hour (depending on profile and experience) + 13th month
• Access to the inter-company restaurant (RIE)
• Coverage of transport allowances

Profile sought: With a Bac+2 level education (BTS in SME Management, SAM, Assistant Manager, International Trade, or equivalent administrative/sales administration/purchasing qualification), a first successful experience in a similar position (sales administration, purchasing, or versatile assistant) is desired.
