Job offer : Mason (M/F)

LEADER is looking for a Mason (m/f) for a family-owned general construction company that provides its expertise to private individuals, professionals, local authorities, and industries.

This role consists of:

• Preparation of materials, surfaces, and spaces
• Execution of small structures such as formwork assembly.
• You will be responsible for transporting materials and tools to the construction site, and carrying out various masonry tasks such as building new houses, extensions, demolition, openings, and renovations.
• Tasks include demolition/opening of walls as well as facade rendering/plastering.

Profile sought for the Mason (m/f) position

We are looking for an experienced mason with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the building sector. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of construction techniques, materials used, and current safety standards.

Required skills

• Mastery of traditional and modern masonry techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Good knowledge of different types of construction materials.
• Competence in surface preparation, laying bricks, concrete blocks or stones, and pouring concrete.
• Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy on construction sites.
