Job offer : Export Technical Support Engineer (M/F)

Due to the internal evolution of the current employee towards sales functions, you will join the after-sales service (SAV) with a major focus on large-scale exports.

Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager, you are the guarantor of technical mastery, performance, and global monitoring of our entire export network. Without direct management, you act as a true partner to our international subsidiaries and distributors. This strategic position combines high-level technical assistance, remote coordination, and regular presence in the field abroad.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

• Ensure complete follow-up and technical support for the export network (subsidiaries, distributors, and end customers) to guarantee optimal use of the devices and consistent service quality on a global scale.
• Manage the animation and training of the international network by developing and delivering advanced technical training and on-site or remote commissioning.
• Regularly assess the technical skills of foreign distributors, identify skill gaps, and define necessary corrective action plans.
• Provide a second-level technical and IT hotline to remotely resolve complex incidents encountered by local teams in the field.
• Coordinate after-sales activities internationally throughout the product life cycle and centralize the communication of technical information from the company to the global network.
• Promote and deploy commercial maintenance contracts with partners in the export network to develop the after-sales turnover of your area.
• Report data and malfunctions from the international field to actively participate in the continuous improvement of the equipment with the Design Office and Quality department.

This position requires dual technical and interpersonal skills, with a real vocation for network animation and intercultural communication.

A Master's degree (Bac+5) is desired in a technical or engineering field with at least 3 years of experience in industrial technical support or international after-sales service functions.

Fluent and imperative command of English (daily hotline, drafting of technical documentation, and conducting training with foreign interlocutors).

You have proven multi-technical expertise: electrotechnics, industrial electricity, and mechanics. Solid knowledge of industrial refrigeration is highly appreciated.
