Our recruitment agency selects the best assignments for our temporary workers and job offers for fixed-term (CDD) or permanent (CDI) contracts for our candidates. We are looking for our client for a CNC Milling Machine Operator

CNC Lathe Operator (M/F).

Your main missions will be

Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.

Set up, program, and operate conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) lathes and milling machines.

Manufacture custom technical parts (notably tube sheets for heat exchangers).

Check the compliance and dimensions of machined parts.

The profile we're looking for

About you:

Training in machining or general mechanics (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, or equivalent experience).

Who you are:

Rigorous, autonomous, and meticulous, you appreciate precision work and are committed to producing parts that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.

What you can do:

Experience in turning and milling (ideally on numerical controls such as Fanuc or Heidenhain).

Remuneration: 30K€ to 40K€ (depending on experience) + Attendance bonus and 13th-month bonus + Family health insurance 60% covered and 6 days of RTT

Daytime hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-16:30, Saturday morning: 8:00-12:00
