- Contract: Initial one-month temporary contract, renewable
- Working hours: 35 hours/week, with Saturday work
- Schedule: To be defined
Remuneration: €16.41 gross/hour
- Meal vouchers: €5 per day worked
- Your daily missions
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of organizing transport operations
- Plan and optimize the human and technical resources necessary for operations.
- Organize the daily work of drivers in compliance with European social regulations (RSE).
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and service quality.
- Optimize operational profitability by limiting costs: waiting times, unnecessary kilometers, route choices, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure the smooth running of operations by balancing efficiency, deadline compliance, and cost control.

The profile we're looking for
The profile we are looking for
- You have a background in transport.
- You ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good knowledge of regional geography and are comfortable with IT tools.
- You are organized, responsive, and have a good sense of anticipation.
Your ability to manage priorities and find solutions will make the difference!
