The role

Working in a team of two or three with collection crew members (bin men), you ensure the smooth running of the route while strictly adhering to road safety and urban cleanliness rules.

Main missions

Carry out household waste, selective sorting, or industrial waste collection routes according to the established roadmap.

Drive in urban or rural environments with dexterity, vigilance, and anticipation (handling delicate maneuvers, narrow streets, traffic).

Check the proper functioning of vehicle components and compacting/container-lifting equipment before departure and upon return from the route.

Ensure the constant safety of collection crew members (bin men) and public road users.

Ensure the unloading of the skip at treatment, transfer, or incineration centers.

Clean the cabin and the vehicle after each shift and report any mechanical anomalies to the team leader or the workshop.

Mandatory licenses & documents

Valid C license (Heavy Goods Vehicle).

Up-to-date FIMO / FCO Goods.

Valid driver card.

Experience: First successful experience in driving heavy vehicles, ideally in public works or urban delivery. Serious and motivated beginners are welcome.

Qualities: Great vigilance, strong sense of safety, punctuality, rigor, and team spirit.

Constraints: Availability for early morning shifts (from 4:30/5:00 AM) or staggered hours.
