Job offer : HVAC Estimator (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, a specialist in HVAC and multi-technical services, an HVAC Business Technician / Estimator (M/F) on a temporary basis for 2 months (extension possible) in Cesson Sévigné.

Dates: to be filled immediately until 31/08

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows: 1. Analysis and preparation of offers

• Study specifications and client needs.
• Carry out technical and financial costing for projects.
• Draft commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales department.

2. Technical monitoring of projects

• Ensure coordination between technical and commercial teams.
• Monitor the project schedule and budget.
• Control the quality of services provided.

3. Client relations

• Be the primary contact for the client throughout the project.
• Respond to technical and commercial requests.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage any disputes.

4. Reporting

• Report regularly on the progress of projects to the line manager.
• Participate in monitoring and process improvement meetings.

With a background in climate engineering, you are either a field technician looking to evolve, or a business technician/estimator.

• Expected skills: mastery of computer tools
• Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, rigor
• Remuneration: €2500 gross/month
• Hours: 35h per week
