Job offer : Design Engineer (M/F)
The role
Your main mission: design and model custom industrial equipment, within client teams or at the office.
Your missions
Design & modeling
- Carry out studies based on client specifications
- Design mechanical assemblies and welded structures
- Model equipment in 3D
Drafting & technical files
- Produce assembly and detail drawings
- Compile manufacturing files
- Establish bills of materials
Technical monitoring
- Participate in design reviews
- Ensure the link with the workshop to guarantee feasibility
- Provide technical support during the implementation phase
Continuous improvement
- Propose technical optimizations
- Participate in structuring design office methods
The profile we're looking for
With a Bac+2/3 degree in mechanical design or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial design office working on special machines.
You have
- mastery of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor or equivalent)
- skills in mechanical design and blueprint reading
- knowledge of manufacturing processes (mechanical welding, machining)
Your rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in connection with field teams will be essential assets for success in this position.
