Job offer : Logistics Coordinator (M/F)

Actual is looking for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f) for one of its clients based in Verrières-en-Anjou.

A true pillar of the warehouse, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the depot with complete autonomy. This position is to be filled as part of a 5-month full-time contract (35h/week) starting October 14, 2026, with an hourly rate of 13 euros.

Your main missions

Stock and warehouse management: You will handle the reception of carriers, unloading, and qualitative and quantitative control of goods. You will be in charge of optimizing storage spaces, referencing items, and managing stocks, consumables, and tools via computer. You will organize inventories, ensure the maintenance of handling equipment, and guarantee strict compliance with safety and environmental rules.

Delivery and order management: You will be responsible for preparing customer orders and organizing routes according to operational needs. You will coordinate the human and material resources necessary for shipments, check the compliance of loads before departure, and ensure rigorous follow-up by informing customers in case of anomalies.

To fill the Logistics Coordinator position, we are looking for a person with an excellent sense of organization and a proven ability to manage goods flows with rigor and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate ideally has a higher education degree in logistics or supply chain management, accompanied by significant experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position.

You master stock management tools as well as MRP or ERP software, which allows you to optimize transport schedules and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.

Endowed with an excellent team spirit and good interpersonal skills, you will know how to manage external service providers and communicate effectively with the various departments of the company to ensure the fluidity of our operations.
