Your role & missions

• Recruitment & sourcing: Manage all your recruitment assignments independently — from defining client needs to presenting selected candidates.

• Personnel administrative management (ADP): Support your clients with contracts, onboarding, employee file tracking, legal and regulatory obligations, absence and time management, through to offboarding.

• Business development: Build and retain your client portfolio by capitalizing on your dual expertise: recruitment + personnel administration.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment (firm or company) and an interest in personnel administrative management.

• You master or wish to master the fundamentals of ADP: contracts, DPAE, HR tracking, social compliance.
