### Independent Recruitment Consultant (M/F) (Freelance)

Are you a recruiter in a firm or company with a knack for HR management — and are you considering going independent while offering your clients much more than just placement?

**Your role & missions**

- Recruitment & sourcing: Manage all your recruitment assignments independently — from defining client needs to presenting selected candidates.
- Personnel administrative management (ADP): Support your clients with contracts, onboarding, employee file tracking, legal and regulatory obligations, absence and time management, through to offboarding.
- Business development: Build and retain your client portfolio by capitalizing on your dual expertise: recruitment + personnel administration.

**The profile we are looking for**

### You are ready to take the leap if

- You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment (firm or company) and an interest in personnel administrative management.
- You master or wish to master the fundamentals of ADP: contracts, DPAE, HR tracking, social compliance.
- You enjoy client contact, have a taste for challenges, and want to manage your own business.
- You aspire to total organizational freedom while benefiting from a solid safety net.
