Job offer : Recruitment Consultant - Grenoble (M/F)
The role
Actual Médical, an expert branch of Actual Group, is a major player in the healthcare, recruitment, and temporary work sector, supporting candidates each year with CDI, CDD, interim, and locum positions throughout France.
We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant (M/F) to join our teams.
Your missions will be as follows
SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
- Physical and telephone reception
- Recording and updating personnel requests received by phone and/or email via our internal scheduling tool
- Proposing assignments to our candidates and temporary workers (follow-up calls, emails, SMS)
- Client and temporary worker contact, assignment monitoring, and schedule tracking.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
- Retrieving and entering temporary worker timesheets from our clients
- Ensuring administrative follow-up (entering candidate files, verifying administrative documents, verifying temporary worker diplomas)
- Drafting employment contracts
- Managing and tracking medical check-ups.
RECRUITMENT
- Performing sourcing
- Screening applications, posting job offers on various dedicated platforms
- Conducting interviews, presenting candidates to companies
- Handling exchanges via email/phone with clients and temporary workers.
The profile we're looking for
PROFILE
You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a business-related qualification, and ideally have confirmed experience in the temporary staffing field.
Knowledge of the medical sector would be an asset.
You demonstrate responsiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy human contact. Your rigor and organizational skills are recognized.
Equipped with excellent listening skills and an analytical mind, you are recognized for your interpersonal ease, your ability to argue, and your sense of service.
