Your missions in the field

At the heart of the Garden department, you are the privileged contact for customers during the most dynamic period of the year:

• Welcome & customized advice: You listen to customers' projects, guide them towards suitable products and services, and close sales.
• Availability in store: You ensure an active and accessible presence on the sales floor to provide service at any time.
• Connected experience: You bridge the gap with digital by offering the extended range (website, marketplace) and the loyalty program.
• Commercial dynamism: You ensure the enhancement of products (facing, restocking, precise labeling, and neat signage) to facilitate the purchasing journey. Conditions & Work environment Alternating team hours: morning (6:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or afternoon (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM on a 35h/week basis) Salary: €1,946 gross per month + 10% IFM and 10% paid leave
