Job offer : Mobile Crane Operator (M/F)

We are looking for a Mobile Crane Operator (M/F) to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for the following missions

• Install and stabilize the crane at the intervention site (blocking, leveling, securing).
• Analyze the environment: obstacles, ground, weather conditions, lifting plan.
• Operate the crane to lift and move loads (materials, machines, containers, structures).
• Communicate with the ground team (slingers, maneuver supervisors) using conventional signals or radio.
• Ensure safety: compliance with standards, equipment verification, load limits, work zone.
• Maintain the equipment: technical checks, first-level maintenance.

Required skills

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in the safe operation of cranes, in-depth knowledge of safety protocols, and the ability to interpret and follow technical plans. Particular attention is required for compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance of the equipment.

A keen sense of communication and the ability to collaborate with the site team are also essential. Proficiency in technical communication tools and the ability to quickly resolve operational problems are important assets.

Necessary training

• CACES R483 (formerly R383) Mobile Cranes.
• Heavy goods vehicle license often recommended depending on the company.
• Safety certifications (harness use, working at height, etc.).
