Job offer : Video Surveillance Construction Manager (M/F)
The role
Our client has implemented an enriched service offering allowing local authorities to access video protection services with a "turnkey" service including:
- Technical installation study
- Deployment and commissioning of cameras
- Installation of a visualization station
- Centralized recording
- Management of video protection system maintenance
The Video Protection Construction Manager ensures the organization, technical and administrative monitoring of deployment and maintenance sites for video protection systems. They guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality and conformity of services, customer relations, and adherence to safety rules.

- Site preparation
- Analyze technical files
- Carry out site visits and technical surveys.
- Supervise execution schedules.
- Participate in execution studies and technical choices.

- Work management
- Manage service providers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate on-site interventions
- Check the conformity of installations (cameras, networks, racks, integration, transmission equipment)
- Ensure monitoring of work progress
- Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines

- Administrative and financial management
- Establish progress reports.
- Participate in order management
- Check work situations and associated invoicing
- Ensure reporting to management and the client
D Quality and safety
- Enforce safety rules on sites
- Establish and ensure compliance with quality procedures
E
- Customer relations
- Be the operational contact for local authorities
- Participate in site meetings
- Ensure the acceptance of installations
- Handle reservations and organize their resolution
The profile we're looking for
Experience
- Experienced profile in video protection and telecom networks
- Solid experience in project management
Key skills
- Interpersonal and partnership skills (elected officials/municipalities, service providers)
- Good knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, fiber optics, radio).
- Knowledge of IP and analog video protection systems.
- Knowledge of video management software (VMS).
- Reading of plans and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of low voltage and telecom infrastructure.
- Mastery of office tools
