Job offer : TCE Works Supervisor (M/F)

The ACTUAL agency in REIMS is looking for a TCE (all trades) renovation works supervisor on a permanent contract (CDI) for its client specializing in the promotion/renovation and sale of residential properties in the surrounding area.

In direct contact with management and the administrative & coordination manager, you will manage renovation operations, generally two programs in parallel, with the support of selected artisans. Your mission covers the entire operational cycle of the construction site, from the initial technical survey to the final acceptance of the work. You have autonomy in organization and routine decisions, with regular check-ins and validation of trade-offs with management.

Your missions

1. Preparatory phase

, Support for pre-purchase visits according to technical needs, carry out technical surveys, participate in plans and prepare execution files, budgets and calls for tenders.

2. Consultation and selection of artisans

Analyze quotes, verify skills and the consistency of offers, then propose artisans to management for validation.

3. Purchasing and logistics

For labor-only services, select suppliers, negotiate and order materials, organize deliveries and restocking in line with the schedule.

4. Site management

Coordinate and supervise artisans on a daily basis, manage contingencies and priorities, adjust the schedule and validate key stages

5. Administrative management of the site

Monitor progress, validate progress payments with the management and accounting department, and ensure regular reporting

6. Acceptance and finishing

Check the quality and technical compliance of the work, organize the resolution of punch list items and final acceptance with the artisans.

Skills and profile sought

Technical skillsAt least 5 years of experience in TCE works supervision in residential renovationAbility to understand all technical interactions of a renovation site. Ease with practical, logistical and organizational aspects.Professional and personal qualitiesRigor, great sense of anticipation and autonomy in a shared framework. Good interpersonal skills with artisans and suppliers. Strong ability to keep to a schedule and manage contingencies.

Conditions and benefitsCDI 40 hours per week, with organizational flexibility compatible with site needs. Position based in Reims / Cormontreuil, with travel to operations in Reims and the surrounding area (10 kms)Start date in January 2027.35,000 to 45,000 € gross annual, depending on experience and autonomy.
