The role
Our ACTUAL La Roche sur Yon agency is looking for a traditional mason (M/F) N3P2 for construction sites in the Les Sables d'Olonne, Les Achards and Challans area.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought for the position of Mason (M/F): We are looking for an experienced mason with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the building sector. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of construction techniques, materials used, and current safety standards.
Training: CAP/BEP Masonry, Bac Pro Building or equivalent level.
Required skills: Mastery of traditional and modern masonry techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Good knowledge of different types of construction materials. Competence in surface preparation, laying bricks, concrete blocks or stones, and pouring concrete. Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy on construction sites.
