Job offer : Industrial Construction Manager (M/F)

Our team specializing in industry is supporting its client, specialized in the drying, cleaning, and storage of grains and cereals, in the recruitment of its future Construction Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Your missions are: You supervise the proper execution of the sites by

• Planning the different stages of the project,
• Evaluating and coordinating personnel and equipment needs at each phase,
• Participating in site meetings with the Project Owners: monitoring progress, controlling any deviations, managing additional work, and formalizing exchanges in writing,
• Controlling the quality of the work performed by the assemblers, as well as compliance with plans, assembly procedures, and health and safety rules.

Education: Bac +2/3 in metal construction,

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Proposed remuneration: 35-45K€ depending on profile
• Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI)
