Job offer : Site manager (M/F)

Actual Paris Electricité is looking for a Construction Manager (M/F) for one of its clients for a long-term mission. Position based in (91). Our client specializes in electrical installation work in all types of premises. It operates for both private individuals and professionals in the fields of high-voltage and low-voltage currents.

Under the responsibility of the Operations Director, you are the guarantor of the smooth running of operations, from the preparatory phase to the final delivery of the project to the clients.

Site preparation: Analyze the technical file (plans, specifications, quotes). Define construction methods, execution schedules, and equipment needs. Choose subcontractors and negotiate contracts with suppliers. Obtain necessary administrative authorizations (roads, connections).

Monitoring execution and work: Coordinate the various trades (structural work, electricity, plumbing, finishing). Supervise the site foreman/foremen, who directly oversee the workers on a day-to-day basis. Ensure scrupulous compliance with the progress schedule and intervene in case of unforeseen events (delivery delays, unfavorable weather, technical issues).

Financial and administrative management: Monitor expenses and ensure the profitability of the site (compliance with the initial budget). Invoice work situations to the client (project owner) and validate subcontractor payments. Manage any amendments (modifications or additions requested during the site). Safety and quality: Guarantee strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards on the site (wearing PPE, collective protections). Check the conformity and quality of the work carried out before acceptance.

From a background in electricity or a specialist in fire safety.

• You are serious, punctual.
• You know how to work independently; rigor, technique, respect, and mastery of safety procedures are essential prerequisites for this position.
• You have at least 10 years of experience.
• Diploma: Bac +2 / Bac +3: BTS Building or Public Works, BUT Civil Engineering, Professional License in construction management.
