Job offer : Structural Works Site Manager (M/F)

Actual Intérim Pessac is looking for one of its clients, a major player in the construction industry, for a Structural Works Site Manager (M/F) to work on a construction site located near the Bordeaux train station (CANOPIA project).

Your main missions include

• Preparing site operations
• Supervising the progress of work within a dedicated perimeter
• Managing human and material resources
• Leading site meetings
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules, deadlines, costs, and quality
• Monitoring the budget of assigned operations

Profile sought

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in site management specializing in structural works.
• Strong safety culture and ability to assert oneself on site.
• Be organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
• Excellent communication management and relationships with subcontractors.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in the building or civil engineering sector.

Autonomy, rigor, and good team spirit are essential.
