The role

About the position
Within the raw products department (manufacturing of poultry-based products), you will operate the production line and ensure the smooth running of manufacturing. Position available as a permanent contract (CDI)
Your main missions
- Management: supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 people.
- Operation: program, adjust, and monitor the production line.
- Format changes: adapt the line according to the products to be manufactured.
- Maintenance: perform level 1 interventions.
- Activity monitoring: track and control performance indicators.
Working conditions and environment
2x8 shift rotation or day work depending on activity.
Cold workshop (4°C), in contact with meat products.
Remuneration and benefits
- Hourly rate: 13.95 € / h
- Meal allowance: 4.19 € / day
- Dressing bonus: 1.87 € / day
- Cold bonus: 4%
