Job offer : Line Operator (M/F)

Your daily missions

Reporting to the production unit, you will manage packaging activities on an automated line in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety rules, and productivity targets: Operation and feeding: Supply the line with components and packaging materials, operate the automated line, and manage operational settings. Quality control & traceability: Perform in-process checks, record monitoring indicators (measurements, visuals), and rigorously fill out batch records and production documents. Maintenance & format changes: Perform first-level maintenance, tool changes (disassembly, cleaning, reassembly), diagnose anomalies, and act as a liaison with the central maintenance team. Continuous improvement & mentoring: Participate in equipment qualifications, drafting operating procedures, and accompanying/training new line operators.

Practical information

Position based on 36.25 hours per week in a 2x8 shift schedule. You will work within a demanding industrial production unit. Please submit your updated CV to apply.

To excel as a Line Operator (M/F), you demonstrate great rigor and a keen sense of organization to operate your production equipment safely.

The candidate must have proven experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, allowing you to be quickly autonomous in adjustments and cadence monitoring.

You possess excellent analytical skills to detect anomalies and perform the first-level maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of your line.

Mastery of Health, Safety, and Quality (HSE) rules is essential to ensure the compliance of finished products in a demanding environment.

With a good team spirit, you know how to communicate effectively with your colleagues and support departments to ensure optimal fluidity of the production line.
