Job offer : Traditional wood formworker N3 (M/F)

We are looking for a traditional wood FORMWORKER M/F N3 for a rehabilitation / structural work site located in Les Sables-d'Olonne (85). Working independently on your tasks and reporting to the site manager, you will specifically intervene on carpentry/wood formwork and structural underpinning work.

Main missions

Wood decking: Design, layout, cutting, assembly and installation of custom wood decking (work floors or traditional horizontal formwork).

Underpinning & beams: Heavy shoring, securing existing loads and underpinning of concrete/wood beams.

Traditional formwork: Creation of specific wood formwork adapted to the dimensions of the beams to be reinforced or recreated (sides, mold bottoms, chamfers).

Supplementary reinforcement: Installation of reinforcements, anchor bars and metal connectors according to reinforcement plans.

Pouring & Finishing: Pouring, tightening and vibration of concrete (micro-concrete / grout or structural concrete), then careful stripping.

Safety: Strict compliance with safety instructions, working at heights and wearing PPE.

Qualification: Professional journeyman Level 3 (N3P1 or N3P2) BTP collective agreement.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a wood formworker or carpenter position, ideally on renovation or heavy rehabilitation sites.

Technical skills: Excellent command of woodworking (cutting, assembly, shimming), reading plans, precision in taking measurements and perfect command of shoring systems.

Aptitudes: Rigor, autonomy, sense of adaptation to the constraints of the existing structure.

Prerequisites: B license appreciated.
