Job offer : Formwork Carpenter N3P2 (M/F)

We are looking for a Formwork Carpenter N3P2 to join our team on a construction site located in Le Bernard.

Under the direct responsibility of the site manager, you will work mainly on infrastructure phases, with a major focus on the construction of foundations and raft foundations.

Main missions

Layout and marking: Reading execution plans, locating and marking structures on the ground.

Reinforcement: Cutting, shaping, assembling, and tying metal reinforcements for thick raft foundations, foundation footings, ground beams, and wall/column starters, in strict compliance with reinforcement plans and concrete cover. Formwork: Installation, shimming, and propping of traditional (wood) and modular formwork (metal panels, manual elements) for footings, trenches, and raft edges.

Concreting: Pouring, vibrating (vibrating needle), leveling, and floating/smoothing the raft concrete.

Stripping and finishing: Cleaning, careful stripping of edges, and application of curing or release agents.

Safety: Strict application of individual and collective safety rules on the construction site.

Qualification: Professional journeyman level 3, position 2 (N3P2) according to the National Collective Agreement for the Building Industry.

Experience: Significant and confirmed experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in a similar position in structural work/civil engineering.

Technical skills: Excellent reading of reinforcement and formwork plans, complete autonomy in infrastructure phases (shallow/deep foundations, raft foundations). Aptitudes: Technical rigor, team spirit, versatility, and respect for progress schedules.
