The role
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
- Act as the interface between the team and site management
- Read and interpret execution plans and/or written instructions
- Assess forecast needs for personnel, tools, and supplies
- Organize, lead, and manage the team's work
- Carry out certain complex tasks independently
- Monitor work, manage testing, and perform necessary adjustments
- Report to your management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
The profile we're looking for
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
With a minimum Bac Pro qualification in Electrotechnics, you have at least 5 years of professional experience as an electrician and initial experience in team management. You are perfectly comfortable with the technical aspects of high current (CFO).
You have excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of your trade and know how to lead your team.
