ACTUAL is looking for a Blanching Machine Operator (M/F) for its client, a French leader in the production of button mushrooms, to strengthen its teams.
Your missions
At the heart of the activity, you will be in charge of
- Checking the cleaning of the blanching machines and alerting the canning manager in case of any anomaly.
- Starting up the blanching machines, coolers, conveyor belts, and the downstream water circuit.
- Ensuring that the water regulation settings are adjusted optimally (no overflow).
- Draining the blanching machines (juice recovery) and preparing the machines for the cleaning service provider.
- Correctly orienting the flaps at the cooler outlets according to the quality and instructions provided.
- Monitoring access to the blanching room.
- Ensuring the proper balance of mushrooms between the blanching machines.
