The role
Your ACTUAL Bourges agency is looking for a Gourmet Head Chef (M/F) for its client to join a renowned restaurant based in Bourges (18000).
Full-time position to be filled as soon as possible, for direct hiring on a permanent contract (CDI) due to the upcoming departure of the current head chef.
On-site, you will be in charge of preparing sophisticated, colorful starters, main courses, and desserts with modern plating. You will manage lunch services (thirty covers), from Monday to Friday. Only about ten evening meals are to be expected throughout the year.
The profile we're looking for
For this position, we are looking for a gourmet cooking enthusiast who knows how to use fresh, organic, and local products to create diverse, original, and delicious dishes!
You must have significant experience in similar positions, with solid references.
