Job offer : Electrical Site Manager (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in the industry is recruiting for its client, specializing in the design and implementation of projects for the industry, an Industrial Electrical Site Manager (M/F) for long-distance travel.

Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) in the Nantes area.

Start date: immediate

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Preparation and organization of construction sites
• Planning and coordination of work and teams (2 to 4 team leaders)
• Identification of material and human needs
• Execution of interventions; cable pulling, connections...
• Management of deadlines and compliance of work
• Application of safety rules, provision of PPE, compliance with procedures

You have a technical background in electrical engineering. You have 5 years of experience in the industrial field. If possible, you hold electrical authorizations HC/BC/BR/H2.

Expected skills: team and work management. Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, good communication, organization. Proposed remuneration: 33 - 38K€ depending on profile Benefits: shareholding, profit-sharing, thirteenth month, advantageous family health insurance, 2 additional public holidays

Travel: Entire France.
