HVAC Site Manager (M/F)

The role

Our team of experts specializing in building engineering is recruiting/searching for its client, specialized in HVAC installations, a HVAC Site Manager (M/F) for a CDI in Saint-Nazaire (44).

Quick start

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Management of HVAC sites according to the execution documents provided by the design office and independently on site,
Preparation and organization of sites (supply, means, resources) using the IT tools provided,
Monitoring the proper execution of services in compliance with budgets and deadlines with a focus on profitability,
Execution of works and control of their execution compliance

The profile we're looking for

You have a CAP/BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS qualification in thermal engineering, air conditioning, or electricity and you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Expected skills: proficiency in IT tools.

Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, organization, initiative, versatility.

Proposed remuneration: 30 to 40K€ depending on profile
