Job offer : Construction Site Manager (M/F)

Your Missions

Reporting to management, you embody the essential link between management and the field. You supervise your team on construction sites and ensure the perfect execution of operations while respecting traditional know-how.

Your main responsibilities

• Management & Animation: Supervise, organize, plan, and lead your team's daily work.
• Site Monitoring: Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with plans, expected quality standards, and deadlines.
• Logistics & Equipment: Control the supply of materials and supplies, manage tools, and ensure their proper use/maintenance.
• Safety: Ensure permanent and strict monitoring of safety rules on the construction site.
• Field: Actively participate in masonry work (stone, rubble, plastering...).
• Reporting: Provide feedback to management and manage the progress of the work.

• Training: Holder of a CAP / BP Masonry.
• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in traditional masonry.
• Skills: Mastery of traditional masonry techniques (ancient/historical buildings), ability to organize, coordinate, and control work.
• Qualities: Natural leadership, team spirit, keen sense of quality and well-done work. You are also recognized for your agility and humility.
• Benefits & Remuneration: Salary: Remuneration between 2700 and 3000€ gross for 39h/week (FFB grid reference).
