Job offer : After-Sales Team Leader (M/F)

Our team specializing in Engineering / Industrial Maintenance is looking for one of its clients for an After-Sales Team Leader (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI), based in Montoir-de-Bretagne (44).

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Manage and organize the work of a team of multidisciplinary technicians.
• Plan and distribute interventions to optimize workshop activity.
• Ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and safety rules.
• Guarantee the quality of the interventions carried out by the team.
• Drive the overall profitability of the workshop.
• Monitor and track the status of the equipment fleet.
• Prepare quotes for second-hand machines and estimate the work required for their refurbishment.
• Manage issues related to delays and deliveries.
• Support the skills development of technicians and contribute to the team's growth.

You have significant experience in a technical environment, ideally complemented by a first successful experience in team management.

Personal qualities: organization, responsiveness, leadership, and your ability to manage priorities and make decisions.

Proposed remuneration: 35 to 40 K€ depending on profile and experience.

Contract: Full-time CDI.

Location: Montoir de Bretagne (44).
