HVAC Maintenance Project Manager (M/F)

The role

Our team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting a HVAC Maintenance Business Manager (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract (CDI) in St-Nazaire.

Start date: As soon as possible

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Develop and manage your structure's activity.
Analyze client needs and ensure the development and monitoring of the portfolio.
Guarantee the financial monitoring of projects and overheads.
Define activity objectives and implement the necessary means to achieve them.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and contract law.
Recruit, support, and develop your employees.

The profile we're looking for

You hold a technical Bac +2 degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the climate engineering or construction sector.

Personal qualities

leadership, commercial sense, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigor, and sense of responsibility.

Proposed remuneration: 40 to 60 K€ depending on profile.

Travel: occasional depending on activity.
