## **The role**

Our team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting a HVAC Maintenance Business Manager (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract (CDI) in St-Nazaire.

Start date: As soon as possible

### Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

- Develop and manage your structure's activity.
- Analyze client needs and ensure the development and monitoring of the portfolio.
- Guarantee the financial monitoring of projects and overheads.
- Define activity objectives and implement the necessary means to achieve them.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and contract law.
- Recruit, support, and develop your employees.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You hold a technical Bac +2 degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the climate engineering or construction sector.

### Personal qualities

leadership, commercial sense, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigor, and sense of responsibility.

Proposed remuneration: 40 to 60 K€ depending on profile.

Benefits: Profit-sharing, incentive schemes, RTT, holiday vouchers, gift vouchers.

Travel: occasional depending on activity.
